Funds are used by local volunteers to provide Christmas gifts to local children in need.  The program is volunteered by law enforcement officers and their families.

New and unwrapped toys for all ages are accepted year-round for the program.  They can be shipped directly to the foundation at TSCF, 406 West Main Street, PO Box 522, Rosebud, Texas 76570.
